KT Power Washing & Sealing was contracted to perform a complete exterior cleaning and façade brightening of the Shoreline Condominium complex in Montgomery, TX, overlooking Lake Conroe. This multi-story waterfront property had accumulated years of organic and environmental staining, including black algae, mildew, and atmospheric pollutants that dulled the natural tone of the stucco surfaces.
Our team executed a full building façade cleaning including up-high spider web removal using a professional soft-wash process specifically formulated for delicate stucco and EIFS finishes. The treatment safely lifted organic growth, oxidation, and embedded contaminants—restoring the bright, clean aesthetic originally intended by the property’s design. In addition, all exterior-facing windows were thoroughly cleaned to remove surface buildup and improve overall clarity and curb appeal.
Due to the building’s waterfront exposure and sensitive architectural materials, no high-pressure washing or RO/DI water-fed system was used for this project. Instead, KT Power Washing & Sealing utilized a low-pressure application with biodegradable surfactants followed by controlled rinsing—ensuring zero damage to paint, sealants, or adjacent balcony finishes.
The transformation was dramatic. The once-dull stucco surfaces regained their original brightness and uniform tone, while the windows reflected crystal-clear views of Lake Conroe.
