The solution required configuring our cleaning equipment to reach approximately 50 feet into the air from the ground. This allowed us to clean upper exterior surfaces despite the restricted access.
According to the customer, the property had been cleaned using a drone the previous year, but the results fell short of their expectations. When they contacted KT Power Washing & Sealing, they wanted a more thorough result.

As the project photo shows, our equipment delivered cleaning solution and rinse water to the building’s upper exterior from ground level. With approximately 50 feet of reach, we could address areas that would otherwise have required a different access method.
